Antique ROOVERS brand pocket seal, notary stamp Made In USA, New York

Believe it or not, this Antique ROOVERS Notary Stamp was in a bucket of scrap metal. I had never seen a vintage notary stamp like this, so I was immediately intrigued by it. After a quick eBay search, I realized that these stamps were selling. The stamp still worked perfectly though it did have a little rust in the stamped seal. This is a testament to the quality and craftsmanship of American made items.
