Early 1900s with original wooden matches
I came across this vintage wooden matchbox at an estate sale. It was in great condition for it’s age so I picked it up. From the info that I could find on the internet, it is a wooden matchbox from the early 1900s. I also found that there are many beautiful collectible match boxes available. The matches inside were a little beat up from age, but I thought it best to keep everything in original condition. In the end, I was able to share this vintage wooden matchbox with some friends for show and then pass this on to someone else. I think that it worked out great for everyone.
