I started selling on eBay in December of 2003, back in those days their biggest competitor was Craigslist. These days, there are numerous other selling sites and apps available so you may be wondering, “why sell on eBay?” Below are a few compelling reasons to consider selling on eBay:

Reliability: As of this post, I have been selling on eBay for 19 years. Through the years I have taken much needed breaks from selling. There have even been long periods of time when I had no listings at all. But when I return, my trusty eBay account is still waiting for me.

Ease of Use: Setting up an eBay account and listing products is relatively straightforward. eBay provides seller tools and support to help you manage your inventory and sales efficiently. By using the mobile app, you can effectively run an ecommerce site from your smartphone.
